BUILT FOR TRUST

Built for trust.

You can't trust the data alone. You can't trust enterprise platforms alone. You can't trust LLMs or agents alone.

Enterprise Digital Brain is built for trust.

A layer that acts on systems of record has to show its evidence, stay inside your rules, and leave people in charge of the decisions that matter. This page explains how it does that.

WHY IT MATTERS

In the AI era, data can no longer be trusted simply because it came from an enterprise system.

50% of organizations will adopt zero-trust data governance by 2028, Gartner predicts, because unverified AI-generated data is proliferating.

Continuously prove the data can be trusted.

BUILT FOR TRUST

How the brain earns trust

Evidence.

Every change, recommendation, and action carries the evidence behind it. The brain does not decide without evidence.

Provenance.

Every answer traces back to its sources, and the reasoning path is shown.

Confidence.

Every decision carries a confidence score. High confidence moves. Low confidence asks.

Policy.

You set the sources, the thresholds, and the approvers. The brain acts only inside the rules you set and never widens its own permissions.

Human review.

Consequential decisions go to a named owner. Nothing moves until a person rules on it.

Decision history.

Every decision is recorded: what changed, why, on what evidence, and under which policy version. The brain learns from corrections, but governed rules never change without visibility and traceability.

Control and governance

The two biggest fears about AI in the enterprise.

Fear 1 · Loss of control

You decide how much it does.

The brain can advise, recommend, or act, but your organization decides how far it is allowed to go. Decisions and actions wait for approval unless your policy explicitly allows the brain to act.

Fear 2 · Loss of governance

It works through the systems you already trust.

Enterprise Digital Brain does not ask you to abandon your systems of record. It reads from them, returns governed results into them, and respects the governance they already enforce.

AI CONSTITUTION

The Enterprise Digital Brain AI Constitution

The principles that govern how Enterprise Digital Brain understands, changes, and learns from your enterprise data. Nine principles bound what the brain may do, each with the controls that put it into practice. The constitution also sets how the brain resolves conflicts, what it will not take as an instruction, and how we test these commitments.

  1. 01Evidence over inventionDistinguish source facts, inferred conclusions, and unknowns.
  2. 02Traceable decisionsShow where information came from and why a change was proposed or made.
  3. 03Human authorityRespect the customer's defined limits on autonomous action.
  4. 04Controlled learningLearn from corrections without silently changing approved business rules.
  5. 05Recoverable changesPreserve history and support reversal where technically possible.
  6. 06Permission boundariesRespect access controls across data sources, users, and agents.
  7. 07Visible uncertaintySurface conflicting evidence and escalate when confidence is insufficient.
  8. 08Customer ownershipYour data, and the decision memory built from it, belong to you.
  9. 09Coexistence over replacementStrengthen the systems you already run instead of replacing them.

Questions about trust and security

You can't trust the data alone. You can't trust enterprise platforms alone. You can't trust LLMs or agents alone. Enterprise Digital Brain is built for trust: evidence, provenance, confidence, policy, human review, and decision history on every decision.

Treat model output as a recommendation that must carry evidence, not an answer to accept. In Enterprise Digital Brain, every change, recommendation, and action carries its sources, confidence, and reasoning path; low confidence asks instead of acting; and consequential decisions go to a named owner. We do not claim the brain never makes mistakes; we make every decision checkable.

Set the policy before the agent acts: what evidence and confidence a decision needs, which actions can run automatically, and which go to a named owner. Only 21% of companies report a mature model for agent governance (Deloitte, Jan 2026). Enterprise Digital Brain advises by default and acts only inside the policy you set.

Situations without enough evidence for a reliable decision, fully automated decisions in regulated contexts, and any use where your policy requires a person to decide. In those cases the brain advises and a person decides.

No. Enterprise Digital Brain will never use customer data to train public or third-party foundation models, and never uses one customer's confidential data or decision memory to benefit another. Model-provider contract terms and retention windows are confirmed by Security and Legal [Security and Legal to confirm].

Access follows least privilege: the brain never sees data a user of the same system could not see, and never widens its own permissions. Hosting provider, regions, and deployment options will be published on the trust page once Security confirms them [Security to confirm].

Cogentric states its certification status plainly and claims no certification it does not hold. The current status of each certification will be published on the trust page once Security confirms it [Security to confirm].

Party data use follows your privacy, consent, retention, security, and regulatory policies, and the brain makes no sensitive inferences without explicit policy and a person's review. How personal data is classified, masked, and retained is confirmed by Security [Security to confirm]; personal-data use cases need Legal and Privacy clearance before use.

The brain is model-flexible rather than dependent on one provider, and the models in use are disclosed. The current models and providers will be listed on the trust page once Product confirms them [Product to confirm].

That is the design intent. Ontology, enterprise context, rules, provenance, and decision memory are kept independent of any single model, so the understanding survives a model change. Whether a customer can restrict models or providers, and how, is confirmed per deployment [Product to confirm].

Cogentric offers only the regions and deployment options it can deliver, listed by name. That list will be published once Security confirms it [Security to confirm].

Each customer's data, knowledge graph, and decision memory are isolated from every other customer's. The isolation model will be described on the trust page once Security confirms it [Security to confirm].

The brain is designed to respect enterprise identity and the permissions of your source systems, following least privilege. The mechanism is confirmed per deployment [Product and Security to confirm].
